1. General
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern all transactions, sales, and website use between Vetaa Australia Pty Ltd - ABN 17 689 289 290 (“Vetää”, “we”, “our”, “us”) and the customer (“you”, “your”).
By creating a trade account, placing an order, or using our website, you agree to these Terms in full.
2. Trade Accounts
2.1 Vetää supplies products to registered trade account holders only.
2.2 Account approval is at Vetää’s discretion and may require submission of relevant business details, such as ABN and trade references.
2.3 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details and ensuring all information provided is current and accurate.
2.4 Vetää reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for breach of these Terms or misuse of credit facilities.
3. Pricing and Payment
3.1 All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and exclude GST unless otherwise stated.
3.2 Vetää reserves the right to change prices without notice.
3.3 Payment terms (e.g. prepaid, 14-day, or 30-day accounts) will be confirmed upon account approval.
3.4 Orders will not be dispatched until payment has been received or credit terms are met.
3.5 Vetää accepts payment via approved online methods including credit card, EFT, or other methods listed at checkout.
4. Orders and Availability
4.1 Orders are subject to product availability. Vetää does not guarantee stock levels at all times.
4.2 Vetää reserves the right to cancel or partially fulfil orders if stock is unavailable or if pricing errors occur.
4.3 Once an order is confirmed, cancellations or changes must be requested in writing and may not always be possible.
5. Delivery and Risk
5.1 Vetää delivers nationwide — direct to depot, warehouse, or job site.
5.2 Standard delivery times vary depending on location. Metro areas may be eligible for rapid 3-hour delivery subject to stock and courier availability.
5.3 Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery or collection.
5.4 Delivery dates are estimates only; Vetää is not liable for any delays beyond our reasonable control.
6. Returns and Credits
6.1 Returns are accepted only for faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied items.
6.2 Claims must be made within 7 business days of delivery.
6.3 Returned goods must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
6.4 Non-stock, special-order, or customised items are non-returnable.
6.5 Approved returns will be credited to your account or refunded as determined by Vetää.
7. Warranties and Liability
7.1 Products supplied by Vetää may come with manufacturer warranties. Vetää passes these warranties to you but does not provide additional guarantees.
7.2 To the extent permitted by law, Vetää is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or damage arising from the use or supply of goods.
7.3 Our liability is limited to the replacement of the goods, supply of equivalent goods, or a refund of the purchase price.
8. Website Use
8.1 The Vetää website and its contents are provided for trade customers for lawful business purposes only.
8.2 You must not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access unauthorised data.
8.3 All content, branding, and imagery remain the property of Vetää Australia Pty Ltd and may not be reproduced without permission.
9. Privacy
9.1 Vetää respects your privacy and handles all personal information in accordance with Australian Privacy Principles.
9.2 Information collected during account creation or order processing is used solely to manage trade relationships, orders, and communication.

10. Force Majeure
Vetää will not be liable for delays or failure to fulfil obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, transport delays, or supplier shortages.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
